When will my order arrive and what does it cost to ship my order?
You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number.

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days.
** Orders received at our fulfillment center on Business days will be processed within 24 hours. All orders received on non-business days will be processed on the next working day.
Do you ship outside India?
We ship merchandise ordered on Bagsadda to all Indian states, Union Territories. We currently do not ship internationally.
Do you ship orders to multiple addresses?
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.
What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed at Bagsadda, you cannot make changes. For assistance please contact our Customer Service Representatives at support@bagsadda.com
What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

How do I create a return request?
You can create a Return Request by following simple steps
For Registered Users:
- Login to your Bagsadda Account
- You will find a welcome button the top right hand corner – Go to My Orders
- You will get the list of the products you have ordered with the options – View/Return/Reorder
- Click on Return – Fill in the details and Submit.
For Guest Users:
- Go to Contact us Tab
- Select the Subject Return or Refund
- Fill in the details and Submit.
